नगरविकास मंत्री एकनाथ शिंदे यांनी बंडखोरी केल्या नंतर अनेक आमदारांनी सुद्धा एकनाथ शिंदेंना समर्थन दर्शवलं. याच संदर्भात मुख्यमंत्री उद्धव ठाकरे यांनी सोशल मीडियाच्या माध्यमातू जनतेशी संवाद साधला त्या नंतर मुख्यमंत्री उद्धव ठाकरे यांनी वर्षा हे शासकीय निवासस्थान सोडून मातोश्रीवर प्रस्थान केले. याच दरम्यान शिवसेनेचे खासदार एकनाथ शिंदे यांनी माध्यमांना प्रतिक्रिया दिली. त्यावेळी ते म्हणाले की मुख्यमंत्री मातोश्रीवर येत असताना जी जनता रस्त्यावर होती ती खरी शिवसेना आहे. त्याच बरोबर शिवसेना हा पक्ष उद्धव ठाकरे यांच्या नेतृत्वाखाली सक्षम आहे. असंही शिवसेना खासदार संजय राऊत म्हणाले.
