Netizens has posted some interesting tweets on Ajit Pawar’s English tweet.

As per the sources from NCP, Ajit Pawar’s Twitter account is handled by his son
Parth Pawar since April 2018. Since then Parths imprint can clearly be seen on
Ajit Pawar’s tweets. Since Pawar joined the twitter world, he mostly used to tweet
in Marathi language but now most of his tweets are being posted in an English
language. This is said to be an attempt to make Ajit Pawar’s image as a national
level leader.

Former Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra and NCP leader Ajit Pawar is very
popular for his frank attitude. Many farmers feel connected with Pawar as his
language has a feel of rural tone. Even in the press conferences he insists
Reporters to ask questions in Marathi only.

However, since his son Parth Pawar took up his Twitter handle, most of his tweets
started appearing in English. Of-course as a father he may not have taken
objection in which language his son is posting on twitter but his Tweeple
definitely had a reason to react on this. His followers have expressed their anger
directly and sarcastically too. Netizens have also given suggestions to Pawar on
how & why it is necessary to speak in Marathi.

It is been seen so far that Ajit Pawar has avoided talking on national issues. But
from April 2018 his Twitter handle @ Ajit Pawar Speaks has been tweeting on many
national issues in Hindi and English. NCP sources said Ajit Pawar’s Twitter handle
is run by his son Parth from April; this might be his hidden agenda to portray his
father’s image as a national level leader. But as per political experts, how much it
will interest to Ajit Pawar, is doubtful.

Supriya Sule’s tweet never gets trolled

As per NCP’s political scenario till date, it is always been seen that Ajit Pawar is in
state’s politics while Supriya Sule is in national level politics. Supriya Sule tweets
in both Marathi & English language. Since Sule’s image is equally balanced with both urban and rural folk, her English-language tweets never get trolled.

Netizens made funky tweets

Netizens has posted some interesting tweets on Ajit Pawar’s English tweet. His
followers said when he tweets in Marathi, they feel affectionate and connected
with him but same is not felt with the English tweets. Some have also expressed
doubts whether those English tweets are actually posted by Ajit Pawar himself.
Ajit Pawar recently posted a tweet in English about a local game called ‘Viti-
Dandu’ (in Marathi) he played. He mentioned ‘Viti-Dandu’ as ‘Gilli-Dandda’ (in
Hindi) in the tweet. This tweet got trolled on Twitter. Trollers asked him not to
become Pro-Hindi.

Shivsena’s young leader Aditya Thackeray also prefers English

Since Shiv Sena’s establishment, the party did politics on Marathi language but a
young leader from the party Aditya Thakre, also prefers English language on
Twitter. When he was also trolled by Marathi speakers, he started doing few
tweets in Marathi language. However, even today, most of his tweets are in
English language only.

Here is what NCP’s Social Media In-charge has to say on the matter. . .

“Ajit Pawar’s official stand is presented on Twitter. He is totally aware of what is
being tweeted from his handle. In order to make sure that intellectual classes
outside the state of Maharashtra should understand national topics and his
opinions clearly, he tweets in English or Hindi but he tweets in Marathi only when
the topics are related to the state”
