Look at the above photo very carefully. This person has raped 12 minor girls in four districts. But still police isn’t able to catch this rapist. The Tulinj Police station has released a photo of this accuse from a CCTV footage. The police have also declared a cash reward for a person giving information of this rapist.
According to the Police this rapist is mentally distorted. He targets the girls mostly from the age group of 9 to 12. He keeps a watch on minor girls, follow them and whenever any girl is alone at home, he tells a girl that “your father has called you to collect the parcel or bags.” He then takes the girl in a dilapidated building or in a deserted place where he threatens her with sharp weapons and asks her to remove her clothes. Sometime he also uses the tactic by fearing a girl saying that there are worms on the ground that can cause her to get cancer and ask her to remove clothes. After that, he sexually abused that girl. So far, 10 to 12 such rape cases have occurred in Navi Mumbai, Thane, Mumbai and Palghar. The same allegations have been made in every complaint. However, the police in four districts have not been successful in arresting him.
